It's pork and cabbage stir-fried with salt koji. The materials and method are as follows.

Stir-fried pork and cabbage with salted malt

[Materials] (For 2 people)

  • 200g pork (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cabbages
  • 1/3 green onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil


  • 1 and 1/3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon potato starch

[How to make]

  1. Combine seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Roughly chop the vegetables. Cut the peppers diagonally.
  3. Heat a cast iron pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
  4. Add the pork and fry until it changes color.
  5. Add green onion, cabbage, and green pepper in that order, season lightly with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through.
  6. Lower the heat and stir in the seasonings.
  7. done.
