You can shop with confidence because the products are shipped directly from official stores that have passed inspection.
Delivery will be made from each store.

The product will be shipped after you place your order and confirm your payment.
However, for bank transfer/convenience store payments, the item will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
Normal delivery days
Delivered within 3 to 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
If there are any changes such as shipping delays, we will notify you by email.
About checking delivery status
To check the delivery status, please check the delivery company's website using the tracking number in the "Product Shipping Information" email sent when the product is shipped.
If you wish to change the delivery address or request delivery time, please check the tracking number and contact the delivery company directly.
Shipping notes
If the address and nameplate are different, the delivery address may be unknown and the package may not be delivered.
Once sent, we will not be able to forward your order, so please double check that the destination information is correct.
*If the returned item is to be resent, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
